Even as a young girl, Lillian enjoyed having the biggest
roles in school plays and church programs because it gave her more
time "on stage." She’s combined that love
of performing with Fortune 100 and entrepreneurial experience and
a life-long personal learning journey to help others grow personally
and professionally. She positively impacts through keynotes, workshops,
in-house training programs, consulting and skills coaching. Program
length and content vary to meet clients’ needs. Three things
remain constant: Her enthusiasm, practical content and interactive
