Writing Made Easier - on Paper and the
Screen
Overview
Is it affect or effect,
that or which, we or us, the active or passive voice? Do you break out
in a sweat (or at least muster a bead or two?) when you look at a blank
piece of paper or screen? Do you call rather than put it into writing
because then others won’t have a permanent record? If you have any
of these concerns or others of your own, then this business writing class
is for you! There’s no magic to business writing. It’s good
writing including the rules of brevity, clarity and good grammar that
you learned in high school … applied to the letters, memos and e-mail
that you use in your business endeavors. Improve your people smarts as
well as you learn to recognize others through their writing style and
how to respond to achieve results. Learn to affect your effectiveness!
